Salon Receptionist Job Bangkok

Qualifications
• Female, Age not over  35 years old
• Bachelor's Degree, preferable in Hotel &  Salon  Health Care Services or Marketing in the beauty industry.
• At least 2  years experience in  Front Office Service
• Good command of both spoken and written English.
• Excellent communications, presentation, and computer skills.
• Service minded,  Patient but enthusiastic to serve Politely
• Responsible & Gentle yet firm & Honest
• Pleasant and friendly but most of all Professional and strong.
• Driven to be better everyday, to listen to learn and to grow.

Job Description
• Respond to all telephone and enquiries in a timely and   professional manner to Zen Reds high Standards.
• Make reservations for all Salon Services, ensuring correct scheduling and telephone techniques with good Thai and English communication.
•  Handle guest greeting, check-in and & checkout procedure, also assist with consultation and refreshments for guests.
• Control and account for all transactions processed at the reception desk and offer additional products to customers.
• Cashiering and billing via computerized system.
• Maintain the reception area in a clean, orderly, and uncluttered manner and all available services.
• Keep brochures, pamphlet, and magazines arranged neatly and show clients any new promotions or brochures on offer.
• Ensure salon service do not linger or chat in the reception area.
• Prepare salons daily staff controlling as schedule.
